Blue Line Professional Consultants is owned and operated by Bonnie McPhillips, LCPC, CRADC, and Brittany Gruver, LCSW, CADC, who cumulatively have over 25 years of clinical experience working with first responders and their families.

Whether you’re a police department at the county, city, or state level, we are here to bring culturally-competent clinical services to ensure that your sworn personnel receive services from clinicians who understand the culture of law enforcement and current stressors that law enforcement are facing. Blue Line Professional Consultants is currently licensed to provide services to sworn personnel anywhere in the State of Illinois.
