A: Mental Health Screenings

Blue Line Professional Consultants will provide mental health screenings for all sworn personnel in your agency. These screenings are addressed in House Bill 3653 and completed on an annual basis. We have designed our screenings in accordance with the current recommendations set forth by the Illinois Training and Standards Board. Both Bonnie and Brittany have cumulatively worked with law enforcement for over 25 years and have the cultural competence necessary in working with law enforcement in order to ensure that these screenings are implemented in the most effective manner. B: Ongoing Consultation

If Blue Line Professional Consultants completes annual mental health screenings for your agency, ongoing consultation and support is available to your sworn personnel, free of charge. We understand that mental health is fluid and stressors most certainly can, and often will, arise throughout the year between mental health screenings. We do NOT suggest or recommend any sworn personnel wait until their annual mental health screening to address a current stressor. We are available for ongoing support and consultation for both sworn personnel throughout the year to provide resources, referrals, and any necessary consultation.
